All clothes sorted by color and washed in cool water.*

When instructed, items will be either hang dried or lay flat to dry*

*this could extend the delivery date by a day to allow for bulky and dense items to dry completely.

Loads will be dried on medium heat and removed from dryer promptly at the end of the cycle for optimal results.

Reusable pickup and delivery bags will be provided, both are reusable and will only be used for your family.

Plain and simple, invoiced amount is what is expected. *except the state Sales & Service Tax.
